Kaneko's dryers employ our proprietary "8-layer cross-flow drying system," which efficiently agitates the grain inside the dryer, resulting in very little drying irregularities and high quality grain. The lineup of models ranges from 10 to 30 tons (paddy equivalent).
When drying grain after harvest, the grain dryer automatically dries the grain to the optimum moisture level for storage. Work can be done quickly and systematically without being affected by weather conditions, as is the case with sun-drying. The dryer is designed to gradually dry grain through airflow heated by an external heat source while circulating the grain. The machine is carefully and automatically controlled by monitoring the temperature inside the machine and the temperature of the grain, preventing cracks and unevenness in the drying process, resulting in a very high yield. Drying can be easily operated by simply pushing a button, and drying is automatically completed when the moisture content reaches the set moisture level. The machine is also equipped with a full range of temperature controls and sensors for your peace of mind.

Uniform drying with 8-layer cross-flow system
The cross-flow, eight-layer, cross-girdling system of Kaneko's original cross-flow system, with its vertical cross-shaped structure, effectively agitates the grain flowing from top to bottom to ensure uniform drying. This allows even high-moisture grains to flow smoothly and evenly, preventing uneven drying.
Safe and reliable combustion temperature control
As soon as the measured grain temperature reaches a predetermined condition, the system immediately switches to grain temperature control. In this case, priority is given over drying speed control to prevent quality deterioration due to excessively high grain temperature.
Accurate moisture value and grain temperature are displayed in an easy-to-see manner.
