Seminar on Hiring and Utilization of Indonesian Nursing Care Workers" was held on July 21.
The event began with opening remarks by Ms. Diana Emilla Sari Sutikno, Consul General of the Republic of Indonesia in Osaka, followed by an explanation by Mr. Shohei Sugita, attorney-at-law, on the nursing care sector and status of residence, including the merits of and points to note regarding specified skills, technical internship, and EPA.
Then, the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia in Osaka explained the role of the Consulate General in hiring Indonesian personnel, and the Binawan Group (a sending organization and human resource development organization) explained the characteristics of Indonesians.
Finally, Ms. Yasuko Amari, representative of the Nozomi Group, explained the group's approach to nursing care technical intern trainees, including the "Nozomi Method," an introductory nursing care training program.
