The "Foreign Talent Acceptance Plan" in the nursing care industry has started.
This is an announcement from the Medical/Nursing Care Subcommittee.
In the nursing care industry, which is suffering from a chronic shortage of human resources, there are many businesses that have a need for foreign human resources such as technical intern trainees but do not know where to turn for advice on specific recruitment methods, training methods, and the costs involved.
In order to solve this social problem, the Medical/Nursing Care Subcommittee has been studying the establishment of a system to smoothly promote the use of foreign human resources, and has recently developed a "Plan for Accepting Foreign Human Resources".
This "Foreign Talent Acceptance Plan" aims to solve the problems that nursing care providers face in accepting foreign human resources by providing easy-to-understand acceptance plans in cooperation with quality management organizations, and by introducing housing for foreigners in cooperation with local governments and real estate agents.
