Medical Care Well Group operates approximately 40 nursing care facilities in the Kansai region.
In order to solve the serious shortage of human resources in the nursing care industry, we have been making efforts from early on to train foreign nursing care workers.
Currently, approximately 50 nursing care technical intern trainees are working at our group's nursing care facilities.
Furthermore, as a supervisory organization, we manage and support approximately 350 nursing care technical intern trainees.
