We also had a breakout session where we were divided into 6 groups to exchange ideas.
Our goal is not just to have participants listen to useful information at the seminar.
We want to communicate with the participants, and we want them to be able to obtain a lot of practical and meaningful information by actively sending out information.

We also aim to expand the number of encounters with companies through the participation of international students as well.
During the breakout session, these comments were made.

Industries in which international students hope to find employment
Trade (Vietnam, Italy) , Cooking (Philippines) , Education (Vietnam) , Technical intern support (Vietnam) , Hospital administration (Indonesia)
The number of students interested in starting their own businesses is increasing.
→They are interested in starting their own businesses.
I would like to know more about it because I don't know how to get human resources and funding.
→Impressions of foreign students who have actually found a job

Various opinions were exchanged on the theme of "making it possible for foreign workers to play an active role" at this year's meeting.

What should be done to create a good organization?
How to globalize a company, what to look for in foreign employees, and so on,
We were able to receive various hints from companies that are actually hiring foreign human resources.

The seminar provided various hints from companies that are actually hiring non-Japanese workers, such as how to make efforts to have a good mix of Japanese and non-Japanese workers in the globalizing world,
How can international students and foreigners who are looking for jobs prepare themselves to find a job?
We also heard about the next steps for foreign workers.

One thing that many of the participants from the companies said was the importance of "communication.
Whether you are working with Japanese or non-Japanese, there is no difference in the way you work, and you need to communicate well,
Today, we also learned the importance of this.
