Global Link is located on the same site as our training center in Sennan.
Just as we arrived, we were also greeted by President Morita.
The training center was originally a ryokan, and what a rock bath!
After arriving in Japan for a month of training, you will be able to experience the Japanese atmosphere of a Japanese-style ryokan and a rock bath.
It is a great experience for the technical intern trainees to be able to experience something uniquely Japanese, such as a rock bath, which still retains the atmosphere of a ryokan.
It is a great experience for the technical intern trainees.

The trainees are also able to experience the rock baths before being assigned... but I hear that most of them use the showers.
I heard that most of them use the shower (laugh).
(laughs) I guess that's what happens when you don't have a culture of taking a bath.

The banquet hall is used as a place for group training,
The banquet hall is used as a place for group training, and there are vestiges of ryokan in the living area.
It is sure to be a valuable one-month training program for the trainees!
Technical intern trainees enter the center for a month of training immediately after their arrival.
They study the Japanese language and technical terms required by the company,
They also learn how to separate garbage and learn about daily living habits through communal living.
After the training is over, they are assigned to a company.

We were given a tour of the facility. They are learning basic rules through communal living.
They are carefully guided how they live and learn.
If you are not in Corona, you can also show us the training scene.
If you are considering an internship, it would be a good idea to visit once.
Just by knowing what the trainees are like, you can get an idea of how they will play an active role in your company.
I think you will be able to get an image of how the trainees will play an active role in your company.
You want to hire a foreigner! There are some industries where it is difficult to hire foreigners depending on their status of residence even if you are thinking of hiring them.
You can try hiring technical intern trainees, who have a relatively wide range of tasks, and then try hiring foreign students as instructors for the trainees.
You can also try a combination such as hiring foreign students as trainee supervisors.

Nishimura and Global Link can give you advice on these matters if you consult with them.
By employing a good combination of technical intern trainees and foreign students,
You can also create a system to run your business with foreign employees.

At Global Link, we have a variety of options, including technical intern trainees, engineers, foreign students, and students with specific skills,
We also have a wide range of countries such as Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, China, the Philippines, Myanmar, and Cambodia.
Myanmar, Cambodia, and other countries.
At the training center, we not only teach Japanese, but also the lifestyle and terms that you will learn before being assigned to a company.
The training center provides training not only in Japanese, but also in lifestyle and terminology to be learned before being assigned to a company.

We can introduce you to the right person for your company, so please contact us!
