Spindle Giken has hired Indonesian graduates of Ehle institute, Mr. Novan and Ms. Dipta.
They were introduced to us by the Chamber of Commerce.
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry introduced them to Spindle Giken when the company needed human resources to start up operations in Singapore and the Philippines.
We feel that many of our clients are triggered by a sudden opportunity such as a fax DM or a referral.
It seems that as soon as they hire a foreigner, they realize the potential of the foreigner, and it leads to a "yes, I can do it" response! It seems that this leads to a "I can do it!
It is not only the two of you, but also other companies that have realized the potential of foreign talent and seen them in action,
They seem to have a clear image of how they can expand their business.
Japanese companies overseas are expecting them as supervisors because they can speak Japanese, English, and Indonesian.
This is an example of how their presence has made it possible to smoothly conduct overseas business.

President Osawa's concerns were also resolved with Dr. Nishimura's support, and the president is also considering a system to ensure that the right people are given the right roles to maximize their abilities to advance the business smoothly.
They are able to control the overseas offices while being in Japan, and they play an active role in this process.
It is a wonderful system. It seems that the system will be further strengthened in the future.
Mr. Novan (2nd year with the company) and Ms. Dipta (1st year with the company) are two people who have shown a lot of potential since joining the company.
I was impressed by their cute smiles.
Novan's Japanese is still developing, but he seems to be so dexterous that he can handle tasks that are difficult even for Japanese.
He is also said to communicate with his home country as the company is expanding its business to Indonesia, the Philippines, and Singapore.
As the president says that he hired Novan because of his personality, I have the impression that he is gentle and serious.
Mr. Dipta is also very diligent.
He is also said to be very diligent. He is able to look up what he doesn't understand and understand it the next day.
He is also quick to learn technical terms and is fluent in English, so he seems to be in his element when dealing with people overseas.
In addition to Japanese, English, and Indonesian, he is diligent and serious.
The president also highly appreciates the fact that the company is able to control overseas offices from Japan thanks to the presence of these people.
They seem to fit well with the abilities and personalities of the Indonesian employees, and he said he would like to hire more Indonesians in the future.
Mr. Nishimura of Yale Gakuen was very pleased with their success.
We look forward to their further success in the future!

Spindle Giken, the company we visited this time.
We noticed their abilities and thought about how to bring out the best in them,
I believe that the current trend has been achieved as a result of realizing their abilities and considering how to bring out the best in them.
We are creating an environment in which foreign nationals can play their roles and demonstrate their abilities to the fullest, rather than simply because there is a shortage of human resources.
Our first encounter with foreign workers began with an introduction.
Even though it started with an introduction, the fact that they had not only strong abilities, but also good communication skills, made it possible for us to create a positive cycle within the company.
I believe that this created a positive cycle within the company.
I wanted to know more about overseas development.
