The following comments were made during the breakout session.
・There are many students who want to work in Japan (Indonesia)
→Æ Students are not able to make concrete moves because there is no network with Japanese companies.
→It would be effective if there were sessions with Indonesians working in Japan and with recruiting companies.
We can use our platform to hold online roundtables, for example, and connect them with companies.
We can promote more interest in Japan and study abroad, offer online donation courses, etc.
We feel that we can provide various kinds of support.

This time, international students studying in Japan also participated.
From an Italian student
Japanese and English I took a difficult English exam in Italy -> I am not familiar with it in Japan and cannot write it on my resume.
Japan→ Appearance is important, always wear a suit and be neat and clean (personal appearance).
Italy→ The most important thing is knowledge and motivation.
In Italy, there is a culture of perfume, but not in Japan.
Interviewers appearance, speech, way of thinking → always the same
What you really need to look at is what is in the person's heart, isn't it?
This was the opinion of the interviewers.
I generally agree with them. I think it is very important to keep one's appearance clean, and I think it is important to use the internship system to have people look at the inside.
I think it is important to use the internship system to get people to see the inside of you.
