Since then, the company has been supporting the growth of foreign residents in Japan through exchanges with young people from overseas and human education in the educational field, and has produced a large number of highly skilled human resources.

In the future, they are planning to set up an in-house system and are also considering the establishment of their own licensing system for Japanese language instructors, with an eye to the future.
The executive director also said that, in addition to being rewarding, the system should not stop at being an instructor, and that this would lead to the retention of employees.
