This time we visited Sanei Kinzoku Seisakusho Co. The company's decision to hire foreign workers began with a single fax message.
At first, the president of the company was worried, but after a week, he was convinced that it would be all right.
In 2007, there were few examples of such cases, and the president himself went to various places for consultation and consultation if he had any questions.
The president's personality is warm, he always thinks about his employees, holds company events, and seems to be able to communicate well with them.
Vietnamese people are very cheerful. Their smiles were wonderful.
The president is looking to the future and creating an environment where Vietnamese people can become independent, aiming for coexistence and co-prosperity with people from overseas as the Sanei Group.
It was a great learning experience for me, as I felt like he was a role model for recruiting foreigners.

When you visit the website, you will see a video embedded in the header. It must have been shot by a drone.
I think it is still rare to incorporate video in the header section.
After all, you can see the faces of the employees, which gives a sense of intimacy and conveys the atmosphere of the company!
When I listened to the president's story, I heard many very helpful things.
The factory was built to create jobs.
The company is operating factories in Japan and Vietnam with only Vietnamese workers.
The factory is operated in Japan with only Vietnamese workers. The first one started in 2007 with a technical internship program.
It all started with a single fax from a technical intern trainee in 2007. The president of the company was worried for the first week, but after one week of work...
It's all right! I can do it! He was convinced that he could do it.
At the time, there were few consultation offices and few precedents, so the president himself went to various places to listen to what they had to say, and took countermeasures.
The Vietnamese trainees who came to the company as technical interns have now grown into human resources who support the factory and are still active in the company.
The trainees and engineers see them in action, and they become their goals. And they grow. It was a wonderful cycle.
Then, they take over the factories of their competitors who are quitting and rebuild them with know-how and human resources. This is another way to create employment.
Currently, half of the 80 employees, or 40, are Vietnamese....
You sensed the potential of Vietnamese people early on and created an ideal environment by combining technical interns and engineers.
There are many more things I would like to hear. I wish we could have an opportunity to have the president speak on the stage....
I wanted to explore the information in more depth!
