This time we visited Kiyo Lumber Co. What impressed us most was that the two employed were smiling and enjoying themselves. They said it is almost normal, although there seems to be some influence of corona. I felt it was wonderful that the company has an environment that nurtures its employees. As the president said, "Especially education..." I thought it was because they have created such an environment as a matter of course. Even if you want to hire foreigners, how can you create such an environment? I think this is an area that people would like to know more about. The reunion between Dr. Nishimura and the two of them was also impressive. I was impressed by the importance he attaches to human relationships. I learned a lot from accompanying them.

Mr. Hau and Mr. Fe, both Vietnamese, are working for the company.
My first impression was that they were cheerful and their Japanese was quite good.
I was surprised to hear the president say, "We don't provide any special training.
I had my doubts, but he was originally working on it as a company by holding study sessions for employees and setting up a yearly schedule for recreation and other activities,
Mr. Ha and Ms. Fe joined the company in the process.
Although it may seem difficult to make such efforts as a company, we thought about "how to communicate" as a first initiative, and then we decided to make a "dinner party to interact with each other" as a second initiative.
For this purpose, just by starting from a place like "interacting at a dinner party," you may be able to see personalities that you have not been able to see before.
Awareness can also bring about changes in behavior.
