What kind of things lead to good communication?

Ms. Hoang is currently in N3 and studying for N2.
His Japanese is still not very good.
Even so, I was impressed by the way he tried his best to communicate.

I felt the interview was also difficult, unlike with Japanese people.

I wondered if my words were understood.
What is the meaning of his words?
Is this what he is trying to convey?
Is it not difficult to understand my words?
Where is he stuck?
Is he in trouble?
I wonder if there is a simpler way to express it.


I always try to recite the other person's words and check them.
Even though I am checking, I cannot confirm whether it is correct.
Sometimes the language barrier gets in the way of whether they really understand me.
Therefore, there may be misunderstandings.
In one of the interviews, there was this expression.

Everyone teaches me.
This means, "You all teach me."
This means, "Everyone teaches me.
It seems that expressions such as "They will do for me" and "They will do for me" are not possible.

My father exports and sells products from Japan.
This is a mistake between export and import.
I told him, "It's called importing,
I told him, "It's called import," but he kept saying "export" over and over again, so I was a little confused.


In the field, when we actually hire and work with foreign workers, we are often confronted with the same problem,
I am sure that you may encounter such misunderstandings due to the language barrier.
From the Japanese point of view, even if we communicate with them, we do not know whether they understand us or not.

The ability to understand is important, as Mr. Yumura, Managing Director of Fujimoto Sangyo Co. Ltd. said,
I think this means that Japanese people should also teach carefully so that they can understand.
I always learn a lot when I talk with foreigners.

This is our first effort, but in the future we would like to create articles of interviews with students.

I just want to say one last thing.
I focused more on the article than ever before.
