KAIHO INDUSTRY CO., LTD. offers a solution for waste treatment and management of ELV (end-of-life) vehicles with contributing realization of resource circulation society and environmental conservation
Kaiho Sangyo's business policy is to "play a role in a resource-recycling society on a global scale. The world's population continues to grow, and the number of automobiles in the world is said to be 1.3 billion. The SDGs are based on the principle of "No one will be left behind," and in addition to the SDG goals of "Responsibility to Create" and "Responsibility to Use," we recognize our own "responsibility to take care of the rest. We will always stand at the bow of the ship and boldly take up the challenge as a pioneer in the venous industry to solve global issues with the altruistic spirit that Japanese people possess.
Specifically, we are contributing to the realization of a recycling-oriented society by conveying our three packaged solutions as environmentally friendly automobile recycling technologies to people in Japan and overseas.
Planning and installation of automobile recycling facilities
Dedicated core system for automobile recycling operations
・Education for automobile recycling technology and managers
We have also developed a quality standard for used automobile engines (Japan Reuse Standard; JRS) and export parts to 90 countries around the world.
Planning/Implementation of automotive recycling facilities
We introduce Japanese standardized automobile recycling technology to local model plants. End-of-life vehicles will be procured from the local market, sorted into ferrous and nonferrous metals, etc., and those that can be sold as used parts will be dismantled and sold. We propose disassembly methods that suit local conditions.
Business backbone system dedicated to automobile recycling (KRA system)
The KRA System is a mission-critical system that enables consistent management of assessment, procurement, dismantling, inventory, and sales in the automotive recycling business. This system enables the management of quality and inventory information by attaching a barcode to each part, and at the same time, it is possible to determine the make and model of the car from which the part was dismantled, the mileage and condition of use prior to dismantling.
Education for Automotive Recycling Technicians and Managers
In 2007, we opened the Automotive Recycling Training Center to provide technical and managerial training in automotive recycling to people in Japan and abroad.
Based on our 51 years of business experience, we develop technical manuals tailored to local conditions and needs in developing countries and provide training that is easy for participants to understand.
